Bring Your Space to Life

We help transform blank or overlooked walls into vibrant murals that draw attention and bring new energy – and new customers – to your door.

We handle the details from start to finish: working with the city and property owners to secure permits and approvals, then coordinating with you and the artist to finalize the design and schedule installation.

Once your mural is complete, we help spread the word. That includes social media announcements, press releases, and – if you provide a contact list – personalized email announcements to your network.

For owner-sponsored murals, we can incorporate your business name directly into the artwork.

For corporate-sponsored murals, we'll work with you on branding preferences, keeping in mind how these choices may affect the mural's tax-deductible value. At minimum, we'll feature a "Thank you to our sponsor..." message on the mural's dedicated webpage.

Community-sponsored

These are some of our favorite projects. We actively pursue grant funding, and when we secure a community-sponsored mural grant, the process takes a bit more effort — but the results are always worth it.

Here's how it works:

We start by identifying the message or theme the mural should convey. From there, we partner with a local junior college, hosting a mural design contest through their visual arts program.

Once entries are submitted, we select first, second, and third place designs, and scholarships are awarded to each of these students.

The winning artist then works alongside an experienced muralist to refine and finalize the design.

Finally, it's time to bring the mural to life. Whenever possible, we love having a group of students join in on the installation. When that isn't an option, our muralist completes the installation.

Maintenance and Management

City Murals offers a monthly maintenance service that will remove graffiti and vandalism to the mural.
